Registration Guide

Purpose of registration

The OZMATCH membership site is not just for finding a Japanese partner. It is also about helping your future Japanese partner find you.

In order to find your ideal Japanese woman, or to be found by a Japanese woman, please take the following into consideration when registering.

Membership Eligibility 

To become a member, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • At the time of registration, the applicant must be at least 20 years of age and, as a general rule, no older than 59 years of age.
    (However, depending on individual circumstances, OZMATCH may approve membership as an exception.)
  • The applicant must be currently single, or be in divorce mediation or divorce proceedings by mutual agreement, and must be able to specify an expected date of divorce finalisation at the time of registration, and undertake that the divorce will be legally finalised by that date.
  • The applicant must be genuinely seeking a partner with the intention of marriage.
  • At the time of application and during membership, the applicant must be able to provide true and accurate information in all required documents and profile details.
  • The applicant must have no criminal record.
  • The applicant must not use illegal drugs.

If OZMATCH becomes aware that You have provided any inaccurate or misleading information OZMATCH may immediately terminate your membership as the safety of our members are paramount.

The information entered cannot be changed later

Basic Members cannot change any of the below entries later, except for the password and email address.
If you have knowingly or accidentally entered untrue information, you will have to contact OZMATCH support team ( support@oz-match.com.au) to make the change.
Please make sure that your registration details are correct before proceeding.

  • User ID (Enter letters and numbers that are not related to your real name or e-mail address)
  • Surname and First name
  • Profile name (Enter a name different from your username)
  • Email address
  • Password
  • Date of birth (your date of birth is not displayed)
  • Country, state and city of current residence
  • Photographs (taken within the past year)
  • Self-introductory (At least 50 words)
  • Hobbies/interests

If the above fields are not completed correctly, your account will not be approved.

Self Introduction – Bio

If the self-introduction is too short, approval may not be granted. If we find language in the text that we consider inappropriate, we will not be able to approve your membership, too.
Please try to write a self-introduction that is unique to you and attract Japanese female members.

Photographs

Up to three photos can be uploaded. It is not necessary to upload three photos, but the first photo of the face is mandatory.
If you are unable to upload photos, please contact the OZMATCH support team ( support@oz-match.com.au)

The first photo is from chest to head

  • Photographs must have been taken within the past year.
  • The face must be clearly visible
  • You are not wearing sunglasses or a hat that obscures your face.
  • You must be wearing clothes.
  • No family or friends in the picture next to you.

The second and third photos show your lifestyle

  • Photographs must have been taken within the past year.
  • The image must be clear.
  • You must be in the picture.
  • If there are a third person / people in the picture , their faces should be covered.

 

At least 24 hours for account approval.

Within 48 hours you will receive an email from the OZMATCH support team saying that your account has been approved or not approved.
If your account is not approved, our support team will guide you what you need to do to get approved.

However, there are many male members who are missing out our messages because the emails from OZMATCH end up in their spam folder.
So please add support@oz-match.com.au to your white list now not to miss our important messages.

Please note that OZMATCH support team is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays. So if you register between Friday and Sunday, your account will not be approved until the following Monday.

Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe at any time at your discretion, but you must contact OZMATCH by email when you unsubscribe.
If you do not contact OZMATCH, your name may disappear from the OZMATCH membership site, but your name will remain on the OZMATCH membership list and email list as a member.
